Celligent Diagnostics GYN testing options utilize the most recent American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) and the American Cancer Society (ACS) guidelines to ensure we provide you, our client, and your patients with the highest standards of practice in the Obstetrics and Gynecology industry.

Our GYN services follow the suggested industry standards while still giving each ordering physician the flexibility to order any sequence of testing they feel best represents their patient’s needs.

Pap testing

A standalone Pap test – No HPV

Pap with Reflex HPV testing

HPV testing will only be performed if Pap diagnosis is ASCUS, AGUS, or ASC-H

HPV Only

Previous Pap diagnosis of ASCUS HPV Screening test

STD testing

Chlamydia trachomatis

Neisseria gonorrhoeae

Pap + HPV + Reflex 16/18 testing (Co-testing)

HPV 16/18 genotyping will be performed if Pap is negative and HPV is positive.

*Average turn-around time for Cytology testing is 2-5 days.

Celligent uses the Hologic ThinPrep® Pap test platform.
